Esplan and I celebrated our birthdays with a water party in our backyard. I can't believe my baby is two, the time has gone so quickly. Nate got me the Bosch I have been begging for for about 7 years. Now, I think I am indebted to making about 4 loaves of bread a week for the next 50 years. My only problem is I have no idea how to bake. So far my bread is either doughy or sunken, so if you have any tips please advise.
